Hypnosis to Eliminate Fears
Experiencing fears are common; we all experience them from time to time in our lives. In fact, a healthy fear is a natural survival instinct, warning us there may be danger ahead. Sometimes, however, peoples’ fears take hold of them, and they become a constant obsession that severely limit activities and limit their everyday lives.
Some fears include fear of flying, open spaces, closed spaces, heights, dogs, spiders, snakes, and crowds. Some may fear the dark; some may fear the dentist, needles, or going to the hospital for much needed help.
During hypnosis, the client is taught to acknowledge the fear and use his imagination to change his perception of it. The client is desensitized to the fear by replacing that feeling of fear with a feeling of peace and security. By doing so, the fear is no longer overwhelming.
Sessions to eliminate fears are typically grouped as two sessions. You will experience live hypnosis sessions with me, and you will also get a follow up recording to listen to for 21 consecutive days. Why 21 days? Because it takes approximately 21 days to form a NEW habit of the mind, one that is no longer fear based and restricting for you.
